It finally happened, I got my hands on some Zoeva Rose Gold brushes! They were on the top of my wish list ever since I saw them online and when Beautyqueen started selling Zoeva I went over there asap and got myself a brush set, unfortunately not a rose golden one… However, I was so impressed with the quality of these brushes that I now wanted the Rose Golden Beauties even more!
The Rose Golden Luxury Set has 8 brushes in a beautiful clutch (same size as the Classic Brush Set):
102 Silk Finish
110 Face Shape
127 Luxe Sheer Cheek
142 Concealer Buffer (also in the Classic Brush Set and the Rose Golden Complete Eye Set)
The Silk Finish brush is ah-ma-zing! I love my Real Techniques Buffing Brush for foundation, and this one is similar. Soft, dense, a great blender!
The Luxe Sheer Cheek brush is a nice replacement for my MAC Contour brush (Raquel Welch Collection), which is not looking great anymore… This one might even be better, it’s definitely softer.
My love for the Concealer Buffer has already been declared in the previous Zoeva Brush Post, and it’s confirmed once again. I now have 3 of these and I don’t mind.
227 Soft Definer (also in the Classic Brush Set and the Rose Golden Complete Eye Set)
231 Petit Crease (also in the Rose Golden Complete Eye Set)
317 Wing Liner (also in the Classic Brush Set and the Rose Golden Complete Eye Set)
The Rose Golden Complete Eye Set has 12 (!) brushes in a smaller clutch:
142 Concealer Buffer (also in the Classic Brush Set and the Rose Golden Luxury Set)
224 Luxe Defined Crease
227 Luxe Soft Definer (also in the Classic Brush Set and the Rose Golden Luxury Set)
228 Luxe Crease
230 Luxe Pencil (also in the Classic Brush Set)
231 Luxe Petit Crease
234 Luxe Smoky Shader
237 Detail Shader
315 Fine Liner
317 Wing Liner (also in the Classic Brush Set and the Rose Golden Luxury Set)
322 Brow Line
These eye brushes actually got me excited to put some more effort into my eye make up again. Damn, these are gorgeous!
For those who love a nice feline flick, there are 2 brushes in this set to help you with that: the Wing Liner and Fine Liner. Depending on what you prefer to use or what kind of line you’re going for, they’ve got you covered.
Another great brush is the Pencil Brush. Perfect if you like that smudgy look. But this set has another brush for that purpose: the Smudger. The Pencil Brush is tapered and a little more precise, the Smudger is short and dense: perfect to smudge eyeshadow along the lash line.
The one brush in this set that is unlike any other brush in my collection has to be the Brow Line brush. I’ve always used pencils or an angled brush (like the Wing Liner), but this one looks very interesting indeed.
Each set is sold at Beautyqueen for €68,50 which is not a bad price at all for a beautiful clutch with either 8 or 12 high quality brushes. They are incredibly soft and retain their softness and quality after several washes. They do not shed and let’s be honest, they are ever so pretty!
Zoeva has brush sets for all types of people, whether you’re just getting started or already have some brushes, whether you’re very much into eyes or maybe more about the face, you will find a set. And even if you don’t (but really though…) you can buy individual brushes as well.
I know these are very hyped up but these really are great, affordable brushes.
What are you waiting for? Go buy some!
