My wishlist – UK edition

My US wish list is exciting (and somewhat altered one week later…), but this one is even better! Why? Because I am actually going to London myself and what’s more fun than browsing the aisles and counters and feeling, smelling, testing everything?
London is my favorite city in the world. Paris is beautiful, New York is exciting but London makes my heart skip a beat. Just being there is good enough for me.
That being said, I won’t just be there, I will shop, eat and explore! So what’s on my second wish list? Let’s have look…

The first brand that went on the list was a no-brainer. Charlotte Tilbury. What can I say, she’s the Queen of Make Up: smokey eyes, feline flicks, bronze goddesses,… She can do it all, perfectly. So when she decided to launch her own line, I was instantly intrigued. I’m especially interested in the Filmstar Bronze and Glow and a Cheek to Chic Blusher. I really like the Bar of Gold as well, but I’m afraid I’m too late for this one. In September the Matte Revolution Lipsticks will be launched: perfect timing! I’m really excited to see the whole range, but I will focus on these products.

On the other end of the spectrum, in terms of £££ that is, I’m very interested in some Tanya Burr Nail Polish. Penguin Chic, Little Duck and Bright and Early are gorgeous and unlike any nail polish I have, (well, nothing really close…) so I’m looking for these!

This wish list has a lot of skin care products because a little birdie told me to check out Superfacialist and Soap and Glory at Boots. Their masks look really nice and I happen to be on a quest for great masks!

Another brand to look for at Boots is Indeed Labs , I’ve heard nothing but great things about their Hydraluron Moisture Jelly and their Moisture Boosting Facial Serum.

More drugstore madness: dry shampoo… such a great product in theory, but to find a good one can be challenging. Batiste to the rescue?

And last but not least… I can’t not go to Space NK, because they sell Oribe and I might have a look at their Dry Texturizing Spray.

Ah, London… Topshop, Selfridges, Liberty, Boots, Harrods, Space NK, Fortnum and Mason… Heaven! I can not wait.

Feel free to share your tips for my wish list, but any other London-tips (restaurants, bars, anything!) are very welcome as well!

    • Nars and Hourglass are also on my US-wishlist, so hopefully I can skip those in London. And I try to stay away from Tom Ford, too much temptation at high prices 😉

  1. I wish I had also a citytrip to London planned. You HAVE to get the Oribe Dry Texturizing Spray, you’ll be hooked. A friend of mine got me one from the US, and of course I had to ask the full sized one, the more the better, but I somewhat regret not owning the travel sized one now. It would be a purse essential for sure, so keep that in mind? 😉 And of course, the Charlotte Tilbury counter, you’ll have a hard time choosing there!

    • Great tip about that travel sized Oribe, thanks! And Charlotte Tilbury… She can do no wrong, I can’t wait to see the products in person!
